While Elder Care Companions’ primary focus is our client’s safety and well being, we strive to keep your loved one as independent as possible. We work with the family and create an individualized program to provide the best possible care as well as matching the needs and personalities of the client with the appropriate caregiver.
We continue communicating regularly with the family about their aging loved one as well as with the caregivers to ensure that extra special attention is received. Our staff treats your aging loved one as if they were part of our own family.
And, if for any reason, the caregiver isn’t able to be there on a particular day, we notify a family member that a substitute is coming in and that we’ve communicated to them the needs of your loved one.

We work with you and your loved one to determine which services are most important for safety, mental health and physical well-being, providing customized care that is necessary for the highest quality of life for you loved one with Alzheimer’s.
PERSONAL CARE: We provide services for those who regularly require “hands-on” personal care, needing regular assistance to remain at home. (SERVICES Page).
LIVE IN & 24 HOUR CARE: Our caregivers can perform a full array of live-in services so your loved one can age in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. They will share meals and participate in activities, becoming a trusted confidant and friend.
POST-OPERATIVE CARE: Our services are designed to help anyone recovering at home from surgery or a procedure, allowing you to get the rest and proper care that you need to recover.
HOSPICE SUPPORT: We work closely with hospice organizations to provide the best level of care possible to your loved one during end of life times.
COMPANION CARE: For those times when individuals need only a little assistance and are no longer able to drive. The caregiver will take them to doctor’s appointments, errands, shopping, and more.
RESPITE CARE: We offer family caregivers temporary relief from the burdens of caring for elderly or ill loved ones for a set amount of time.
